From Technique of the Week to Technique of the Every-So-Often Longtime visitors to this site may remember our Technique of the Week feature. Every week during 1999 and 2000, we'd feature a great technique we found on a Web site somewhere. Unfortunately, TOTW died out because of two problems: links would go bad as sites came and went, and I ran out of good technique Web sites to feature. The well ran dry, and so did TOTW. Recently though, I've started coming across good techniques again. Maybe folks are sharing more in this post-9/11 era. Maybe there's more techniques in the world than there used to be. Who knows? In any event, look here "every so often" for another great technique Web site. And if you know of a site that has great techniques, send me a link. Michael Jen's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Techniques Mike Jen is a black belt under Joe Moriera and teaches in San Jose, California. The Jen BJJ site features a number of great techniques, some featuring Moriera himself. Link:
