Eyes Wide Shut
This idea is the same as I wrote about last year--take off your glasses or contacts, or better yet, close your eyes or blindfold yourself.
This idea works great with grappling sets--you have to rely more on sensing body position, weight shifts, and muscular tension.
You can still do it with striking sets, especially if your style includes sensitivity training such as "sticky hands". Instead of seeing a blow coming at your face, you need to feel your newbie opponent's arms tense and release the punch.
